The wagyu in this box is all Tajima wagyu that consistently grades in the top 3% of all beef sold in the United States. This all-natural beef is raised, finished, and processed without hormones or additives right here in Montana and is dry-aged in carcass form for a period of 14-21 days in a climate and humidity controlled cooler.
